Statement of Faith

EduChristian stands firmly on the historic, biblical truths of the Christian faith. We joyfully affirm these core beliefs as shared by the global Protestant and evangelical church, rooted in Scripture and centered on Jesus Christ.

1. The Bible

We believe that the Holy Bible — consisting of the Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final rule of faith and practice for all believers (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:21).

2. God

We believe in one true, living, and eternal God — existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit — equal in essence and glory, yet distinct in function (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

3. Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in power and glory (John 1:1–14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11).

4. The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He regenerates, indwells, empowers, and sanctifies all believers, guiding them into all truth and equipping them for ministry (John 14:16–17, 26; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–23).

5. Humanity

We believe that all people are created in the image of God but have fallen into sin, resulting in separation from God. Only through faith in Jesus Christ and His redemptive work can we be forgiven, reconciled, and restored (Genesis 1:26–27; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:8).

6. Salvation

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is a gift of God, not earned by works, and results in a new birth and eternal life for all who believe (Ephesians 2:8–9; Titus 3:5; John 3:16).

7. The Church

We believe that the universal Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all true believers. The local church is called to worship, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, and service under the lordship of Christ (Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42–47; Ephesians 4:11–13).

8. The Sacraments

We affirm two ordinances instituted by Jesus Christ: Baptism — as a public testimony of faith; and The Lord’s Supper (Communion) — as a remembrance of His death and proclamation of His return (Matthew 28:19; Luke 22:19–20; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26).

9. Christian Life and Mission

We believe that every believer is called to live a holy life, guided by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. We are called to love God and others, to pursue righteousness, and to share the Gospel in word and deed (Matthew 22:37–39; Matthew 28:18–20; Philippians 2:15–16).

10. The Return of Christ

We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the final judgment. Those who are in Christ will dwell eternally with God, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation (John 14:1–3; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:11–15).

11. The Great Commandment & Commission

We affirm that our highest calling is to love God wholeheartedly and to make disciples of all nations — teaching, serving, and proclaiming the Gospel with integrity and compassion (Matthew 22:37–40; Matthew 28:18–20).
