Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At EduChristian, we value transparency and integrity in all financial transactions. This policy outlines how payments are handled and under what conditions refunds or cancellations may apply.
1. Payments
All payments made on www.educhristian.in are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or similar services.
- Payments may be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet.
- Once payment is confirmed, the user will receive access to the purchased course, donation acknowledgment, or partner resource within a reasonable time.
- All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
2. Course Purchases
By purchasing a course, you agree to access digital learning materials provided by EduChristian. Course access is typically instant upon payment confirmation. Please ensure your account details are accurate before completing the purchase.
3. Refund Policy
As most of our courses and resources are delivered digitally, refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are applicable only if:
- The course was not delivered or access was never granted after successful payment.
- Duplicate payments were made by mistake.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed or partially accessed digital courses.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Promotional or discounted enrollments.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Donations & Sponsorships
Donations made toward EduChristian’s mission, scholarships, or ministry support are non-refundable, as they are voluntary contributions toward our work and programs. However, in case of accidental duplicate transactions, donors may contact us within 7 days for resolution.
5. Cancellations
If you have registered for a paid course but wish to cancel before starting or accessing it, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. Requests made after course access has begun will not be eligible for cancellation.
6. Technical or Payment Issues
If you experience a failed transaction, double payment, or access issue, please email us immediately with your payment reference number and registered email ID.

7. Changes to Policy
EduChristian reserves the right to modify or update this policy as needed to reflect operational, legal, or theological commitments. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
