  • Lesson 1.1 — Welcome to The Mission Multiplier
  • Lesson 1.2 — Understanding Vision
  • Lesson 1.3 — From Burden to Mission

02 – Mission Foundation
A strong vision needs a practical mission. In this topic, you will move from understanding your desired future to defining the people you serve, the problem you address, the value you provide, and the change you want to create. By the end of this topic, you will have a clear preliminary mission statement and a defined target community.

03 – AI Foundations
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how people learn, communicate, research, create, organize information, and work. This topic introduces AI from a practical perspective and explores how mission leaders and organizations can use these technologies responsibly. The goal is not to replace people or ministry but to understand how technology can support people in pursuing meaningful mission objectives.

04 – Prompt Engineering
AI becomes significantly more useful when you learn how to communicate your requirements clearly. This topic introduces prompt engineering and teaches participants how to structure instructions, provide context, define outcomes, establish constraints, and refine AI responses. Participants will be introduced to the CARE+ Framework and will practice creating prompts for real-world mission and organizational tasks.

05 – AI Assistants
AI assistants can help individuals and organizations perform recurring tasks, access information, generate content, and support decision-making. In this topic, participants will learn the foundations of custom AI assistants and explore tools such as GPTs and Gems. Each participant will begin developing an AI assistant connected to a practical need within their mission or project.

06 – Brand & Content
A mission needs a message that people can understand and remember. This topic introduces basic branding, positioning, messaging, content pillars, and digital communication. Participants will learn how AI can support content development while maintaining authenticity, accuracy, purpose, and consistency.

07 – Digital Presence
Your mission needs a place where people can discover, understand, and engage with it. This topic introduces the foundations of digital presence and shows participants how AI can assist with planning website structures, writing content, developing messaging, and creating calls to action. The focus is not on becoming a professional web developer but on understanding what a mission-focused digital presence should accomplish.

08 – Productivity & Launch
The final topic brings together everything learned throughout the cohort. Participants will use AI and strategic thinking to organize their ideas, develop their action plan, and prepare their Vision-to-Launch Portfolio. The goal is to move from learning to implementation. You will finish the cohort with a practical roadmap for your next 30 days and a foundation for continuing your Mission Multiplier journey.
